When do charges begin?
Requesting the demo does not create a charge. If you approve the direction and choose to move forward, we confirm your scope and payment schedule before the paid build. The exact start date for monthly billing is confirmed with your project.
What should we agree before the build?
Your pages, content responsibilities, included revisions and updates, expected schedule, payment dates, cancellation details, and any additional work. We confirm these details together so you know what is included.
Can I move the finished website elsewhere?
We use SiteSwan, which does not currently offer a full website export to another host. A move to a different platform would require a rebuild using your available content and assets. Content and domain rights are confirmed in your project terms.
Is ongoing marketing included in $49/month?
The monthly website service covers hosting, SSL, website updates, and support. Advertising, ongoing SEO campaigns, social management, and other marketing work require a separately confirmed scope.
Do you offer reputation management?
The existing optional reputation-management offer is $99/month. It is separate from the website package. Ask us to confirm the monitoring, reports, notifications, and support that fit your business before starting.
